Payment Policies

1. Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

2. Invoicing and Billing

For project-based work, an initial deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final files. For retainer services, invoices are sent at the beginning of each month for that month's services and are due within 15 days.

3. Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pause work on a project if payments are not made on time.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of creative and service-based work, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. We strive for client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues, but refunds for services already rendered will not be issued.
